In the 18^th century North American Colonies, dance was an essential feature of life in which commerce, friendship, romance, politics, position, and intrigues might all interweave freely. Today, Woodville is pleased to offer the opportunity for fine ladies and gentlemen of the 21^st century to follow in the footsteps of the Neville House founders in learning how to execute the intricacies of “the stately art of dancing” in classes that will be held at the Woodville Barn.

Led by Brett Walker, a veteran of the Colonial Williamsburg Dance Ensemble and English Country Dance instructor at the Fort Ligonier Museum, these fun and informative classes in are available on a one-class basis or at a discounted rate for a series subscription. ­­­
